Ben’s story begins in Baxter County, where he grew up on a working cattle ranch with his mother and father, Dr. Richard Burnett and Donna Burnett,  where they instilled the values of hard work and dedication to community. His sister, T.C. Burnett and his nephew L.J. Burnett also live in this district.

 

Today, Ben lives in Marion County on the family ranch, where he continues to farm cattle and enjoy the outdoors with his wife, Lindsey Burnett, and their three children: Izzy, Sophia, and Bowman.  Ben Burnett is the owner of Burnett Law Firm in Mountain Home, Arkansas which is a thriving law practice in the 14th Judicial District.

His roots run deep in the region—especially in Newton and Boone Counties, where he spent summers with his grandfather, T.E. Burnett, whittling on courthouse steps, farming, and hunting in the Ozarks. Those early experiences shaped Ben’s deep understanding of community, responsibility, and the importance of swift justice.
